My Story

A breast cancer diagnosis changes life instantly. It did for me, too. Fear, decisions, and countless unanswered questions shape this time — often long beyond treatment.

The greatest challenge usually comes after therapy: life feels different, and yet it goes on.

My diagnosis came during a sabbatical with my family. What was meant to be a break turned into an intense phase of medical treatment and a deep confrontation with my health.

As a health journalist, I’m used to researching, speaking with experts, and making sense of complex information. I did the same for myself — with a particular focus on stress management and nutrition.

Throughout my recovery, I combined conventional cancer treatments with integrative therapies and evidence-based approaches such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), yoga, and meditation.

Today, I share this experience with women at different stages of their journey.

My Approach

I help women with breast cancer regain stability in their daily lives and rebuild trust in their bodies.

My approach focuses on three core areas: personalized nutrition that addresses inflammation, intentional energy management, and targeted strategies to regulate stress and inner tension.

The focus is on practical, effective steps that integrate into real life — tailored, sustainable, and without pressure.

My work complements medical treatment and does not replace medical advice or therapy.
